BadThad, do you have any special setup when you take pictures? Where do you add the light from, and what do you use? As SDcoinguy said, I wish I could take pics like you!

I have a fluorescent desk lamp from Home Depot ($20) and an older Canon SD770 that lets me use upto 4x zoom in macro mode. I always calibrate my white balance and use a white sheet of copy paper. My other camera settings are usually neutral. The real trick is the camera with zoom macro mode and then proper resizing to fit the forum 100k file size limit (PaintShopPro software). All my shots are taken by hand, no tripod. It's alll pretty simple! Thanks

I can't believe you found that in a parking lot! OK, seriously, all I can say is, that's one very lovely example of the second-lowest Philadelphia-minted Lincoln Cent in history. Nice one!
