Well some take their lowball sets very seriously and good lowball coins can indeed be worth grading is you sell them correctly.

Didn't think of that, bobby. I thought "lowball" sets had non-damaged coins in them...

Looks like the reverse is a vise job, I betcha they thought it was a "VALUABLE MINT ERROR". ;)

I didn't know there was such a market for low-grade coins. How very interesting. I would place these higher than commemorative coins in my book because they've outlived their use and stood the test of time.
