This one is on its way to PCGS for grading, but I thought I'd share some pictures with the group here for feedback. Enjoy!

Beautiful coin. I'd say MS 64-65. The reverse looks PL to me but I'm not sure about the obverse.

Well, it's been received by PCGS, so when it comes back, I'll post their grade.

Thanks!

Strong MS-64 is my guess. You would really need to catch PCGS on a good day to get that bump up to MS-65. They don't like to create that much wealth; but a 64 is great too - just not as fiscally great.

I will certainly agree on a minimum of MS64, but I feel there is a greater than 50% chance (or better) it will come back 65. See only one major mark on her upper cheek on the obverse. The reverses usually come out of the minting process bag mark free. What a beautiful coin!! Will you let us know what the grade turns out to be? Dcreek1968

The grade is in from PCGS.

92 - Cleaned

I bet nobody saw that coming. Including me. I can see absolutely no evidence of cleaning on this coin, even with a 10x loupe. I just don't get it.

Can someone out there talk me down off the ledge?

OUCHHHHHHH,, Sorry to hear that,,,,,,with all the coins that have been cleaned in some way in the past 30 years, one would think it would have to been really cleaned to the point were it should be obvious, hopefully someone can give us a lesson on cleaned coins and TPG's I'm sure there are many a cleaned coin already in a TPG holder..
