MS-62, I think the hairlines drop it a lot and they are in the focal area.

I see flow lines!! would be GEM MS64+ except for hairlines NET MS63 gorgeous coin
definately authentic due to die cracks.. worth $125+ Enjoy!

I agree with Moe and Shadow. 62 due to the light scratches if MS. It looks though that the luster bleeds off somewhat on the devices and inner part of the fields. If that's the case, I would go down to 55/58. A very beautiful example!

I would think the little bit of wear around the ear and by the bonnet would bring this coin down to au-58. And my other impression was scratched. Its a beautiful coin whatever it grades
