Hmm.

I was actually surprised by that. I had graded it VF-35 and thought people were going to give it EF.

It's a nice coin, but I think NGC overgraded it. Unless that coin was poorly struck, it does not have an XF look to it.

Not surprised, to me it looked like a VF35. No rays to consider, fairly strong head, leg, and shield. The Reverse I thought was actually higher than the obverse, but then what do I know.

It's not an NGC coin, but yeah I think its poorly struck based on the high shield detail and the head detail in comparison to the rest. Often I've seen AU graded bad strike coins with not much better hair detail...
