A Bounty Hunter 2200 still in the box.
It works, tried it before I made the purchase.
I'm out to accessorize. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi Bob

Were there any accessories in the Box ?

Most of the BH machines come with a pouch and a digging tool ?

If not then you will need to find those ,, I use possible pouches like for Black powder hunting they are fairly cheep and work well with a couple of seperate compartments for trash and keepers .

for digging I carry an old K-bar .it works good for cutting a plug in the grass and is strong enough for this dirt in the desert.

you may also want to get something to use to put the soil on from the holes that you dig,, so that you can refill them easily.

always fill your holes !!

No, nothing in the box except the detector,
a manual and wadded up paper. Yhanks for the
tips about what to buy for a good hunt!

I spent a summer near Alamogordo years back.
Climbing that 12000+ foot mountain NE of there.
Did you ever get to explore those old forts
west of Las Cruses? If it's not protected
by the Parks Dept that area might be suitable
for some looking into. We explored the whole
SW corner of N.M. and have alot of fond memories
of spending our summer in a tent.
Thanks, Rick for the leads.

And TLS, haven't forgotten you.
I quickly looked at the link, if you
have any more please send them along.
Need all the help I can get. I found
a relics club in Houston from the info!
