Just got the cents that I had posted a few weeks back she told me it was 94 lbs and when I weighed it when I got it was closer to 101 lbs . The seller told me it took her 20 years to fill and there are lots of 1980's and up BU's so hopefully there will be some WAM's too Edited by Gutkowski 07/25/2010 1:47 pm

I don't know if there are really any "key dates", but your lower mintage numbers are going to be on the SF mints. I think this is going to be more about the errors and varieties.
Oh yeah, don't forget to keep an eye out for a '70-S small date! I guess that could be considered a key date.

Awesome pickup! I am truly ...salivating at all that red floating in there! As far as what to do with all the BU's, you might be able to bundle them up and sell them. Perhaps list them and sell them in small packages of 10 or 20 at some flat rate. Can't remember if you need 50 or 250 posts to sell here but regardless you are well on your way to 250. Ken

For the BU's, take out anything that looks good, if you need to narrow it down, look for less noticable spots and fingerprints. I personally am less picky, but I don't search near as much. Anyways, so its copper and zinc?

what a fun task, getting to search all those coins. What you might do is make date and MM Rolls. I've been doing that with bulk LWC Lots. Makes it easier to search for variations once the are separated too.

You've got to love the hog cent! A truly unsearched bulk purchase. I hope to find a bunch of good stuff. Let us know what else comes out of the bin.
