I'll be there pretty much every day, including the non-public day(s).

Do you have a booth? Where will you be hanging out? I'm hoping that I'll be there on Friday but, it looks more like Saturday at this point. I'm going to try and make a beeline for Daniel Carr's booth #551 (I think it is).
There's another recent thread that will give you more info about who's planning to attend and who's not. I did a Poll on it a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry, missed the poll. I'll be helping out with ANA duties, at least all day Tuesday. But, I'll be strolling around (no table other than the Denver Coin Club table) every other day. Lots of dealers to see and coins to search for!

The poll is still hanging around here someplace. I'd copy and paste it here for you but, I'm too lazy or not awake yet. Search for ANA and I think you'll find it. I'll be checking out the Denver Coin Club table as well. I'm moving back home to the Front Range in the next few months and will be joining the club upon my return! Hope to see you there!

I have been to a couple of ANA shows in the distant past, one in Seattle and one in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend that one attend if possible. I think there's a little stronger sense of camaraderie and education present at the ANA s than at some other commercial shows. So many educational forums and meetings to attend. This is where you can rub elbows with all the people you read about in the numismatic publications. (and they with you!) (of course, I realize some of the people on this forum ARE the people in the numismatic publications!) Now, this is where I must admit that I'll be camping and fishing in the San Juan mtns. of SW Colorado that week, and so, won't be able to attend. One of these days...

adobero1, The San Juans! Just a few miles from where I live, and possibly the most beautiful mountain range in Colorado. Spending time in the San Juans, or attending the ANA Convention. Either would be enjoyable.

Yes Gary, it WAS a tough choice. But, I fancy myself such a wilderness guy, I try to go every year. So, it was between a convention center, or... mountain streams, melting snow, tundra... You have probably been up the forest road I take, it's either East Dallas Creek or West? The blue lakes/Mt Sneffels wilderness, that's where I'll be! [:p]

After attending the coin convention, you can get to Mount Massive very easily from Denver.

That's a really impressive site Berry! Beautiful photos. Maybe this will convince more people to attend the convention.
