Okay prlahr........vam-32......Far more importantly than that though is that you notice just how much help and attention you got right here. (60+ posts and some bickering). I can assure you that you wouldn't have received that kinda help anywhere (ANYWHERE) else other than right here at CCF. These guys all have jobs and lives (well.....I think they have jobs anyway), but they are a great bunch. Don't take advantage of them..... this time they did all of the work.......they will expect you to at least narrow things down on your own first next time. I am happy because I learned quite a bit here.

One last question. Is this coin worth anything over the $45 dollars I paid for it in BU condition?

It is a very common 1902-O that is difficult to attribute and carries zero premium over its grade.

Personally, I would favor a more to the point gauge eliminating the 'normal' positioning.

while one could wonder if its near or far date. this coin is surely a normal date position there is no doubt its a normal position
