If I should call you up, invest a dime
And you say you belong to me and ease my mind
Imagine how the world could be, so very fine
So happy together...

The Turtles - Happy Together

Put another nickel in
In the nickelodeon
All I want is having you
And music, music, music

Teresa Brewer - Music, Music, Music

Close the door, put out the light.
No, they won't be home tonight.
The snow falls hard and don't you know?
The winds of Thor are blowing cold.
They're wearing steel that's bright and true
They carry news that must get through, oooh

They choose the path where no-one goes.

They hold no quarter.
They hold no quarter.

Walking side by side with death
The devil mocks their every step
The snow drives back the foot that's slow
The dogs of doom are howling more
They carry news that must get through
To build a dream for me and you

They choose the path where no-one goes.

They hold no quarter.
They ask no quarter.
They hold no quarter.
They ask no quarter.

The pain, the pain without quarter.
They ask no quarter.
Yeah! Without quarter, quarter, yeah!
They need no quarter.
The dogs of doom are howling more!
I hear the dogs of doom are howling more!

Led Zeppelin - No Quarter

Operator, oh let's forget about this call
There's no one there I really wanted to talk to
Thank you for your time
Oh, you've been so much more than kind
And you can keep the dime

Jim Croce - Operator

I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played 'til my fingers bled
It was summer of '69

Bryan Adams - Summer of '69

Somebody loan me a dime,
I need to call my old time, used to be.
Somebody loan me a dime,
Mmm, I need to call my old time, used to be.
Oooo, little girl's been gone so long,
You know it's worryin me.
Hey, it's worryin, worryin me.

Boz Scaggs - Somebody Loan Me A Dime

Can't buy me love, love
Can't buy me love

I'll buy you a diamond ring my friend if it makes you feel alright
I'll get you anything my friend if it makes you feel alright
'Cause I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love

The Beatles - Can't Buy Me Love

Once I built a railroad, made it run, made it race against time.
Once I built a railroad; now it's done. Brother, can you spare a dime?
Once I built a tower, to the sun, brick, and rivet, and lime;
Once I built a tower, now it's done. Brother, can you spare a dime?

Lyrics by Yip Harburg, music by Jay Gorney (1931)

Carl,

Don't be so impressed. Google deserves half of the credit.

P.S. If you put your keys in the same place every time, it makes it much easier.

I just grabbed this from my post in another thread:

The Beatles - Taxman
One, two, three, four...
Hrmm!
One, two, (one, two, three, four!)

Let me tell you how it will be;
There's one for you, nineteen for me.
'Cause I'm the Taxman,
Yeah, I'm the Taxman.

Should five per cent appear too small,
Be thankful I don't take it all.
'Cause I'm the Taxman,
Yeah, I'm the Taxman.

If you drive a car - I'll tax the street;
If you try to sit - I'll tax your seat;
If you get too cold - I'll tax the heat;
If you take a walk - I'll tax your feet.

Taxman!

'Cause I'm the Taxman,
Yeah, I'm the Taxman.

Don't ask me what I want it for, (ah-ah, Mister Wilson)
If you don't want to pay some more. (ah-ah, Mister Heath)
'Cause I'm the Taxman,
Yeah, I'm the Taxman.

Now my advice for those who die, (Taxman)
Declare the pennies on your eyes. (Taxman)
'Cause I'm the Taxman,
Yeah, I'm the Taxman.

And you're working for no one but me.

Taxman!

Wheezydog-no, I'm not John Prine; but have been to about 30 of his shows starting back in 1970. Quiet honestly, that is where I got my handle.

Again a little impressed. I didn't even know Google had the words for songs or a place to find them. Old age I guess.
And although I do put my keys in the same place all the time, poltergiest move them when I'm not watching.
