For years I thought Twisted Sister was saying "I can't finda '55!", clearly referring to the DDO and the frustration of roll searching.

And for the Brits out there...
The musical/song "Half a Sixpence", and a traditional folk song "The King's Shilling." and "How Five & Twenty Shillings Were Expended in a Week". There's also (apparently) a rugby song that includes the lines "If I give you half a crown, Can I take your knickers down". The Irish folk tune "A Ha'porth of Tea". One could also just about stretch to "On Ilkla Moor Baht'at", get it?

I was just about to say that. It's Sammy Hagar who can't drive 55 and Twisted Sister who can't take it.

how about this one..
"Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat. Will you please put a penny in the old man's hat....if you haven't got a penny then a halfpenny will do, if you haven't got a halfpenny then god bless you"
I haven't got a halfpenny, but I'd imagine that's for an entirely different reason than when the song was first sung.
