1970 D LMC 1 Do -004?

Found this 70D tonight.

Only one 1970D with a bar over both the 7 & 0 on coppercoins and thats the 70D 1 DO 004.

Also looks like a flattened die dot over the E in United, similar to the 004 on coppercoins.

However,there is no bar under the L in Liberty on this coin like the one on coppercoins, so I'm not sure if this an LDS of that coin or something different.

The mint mark location is lower on 004?
If you can post an image of the date and mint mark, I could do an overlay.

Dead on match with the mint mark. They are from the same obverse die. 003

I see how everyone feels it is a match, I do also, however It would appear the OP'S coin, is an EDS example, compared to Coops pictured coin, any thoughts.....
