Can't tell if it's victoria leaves or broad leaves, but either way $25-$30,a decent collectable coin.

This coin has seen some use, note the denticles on the rim and also
the jewels in the crown..
I would estimate this coin as VG-8 the lowest grade in Charltons.
It is difficult to tell from the picture weather the leaves are
victorian or broad, however I am leaning toward broad leaves....
Value about $15.00 book value, probably less in the open market.
Over 1 point 6 million issued.

Yes.. I agree with neweden.. VG at best, and it also looks like Broad Leaves to me.

Thanks for the info guys. Does it make a difference which leaves are on it? Should I get a more clear pic?

Here's VG8 from a well respected on-line grading guide.

I think the OP's coin is a mite less worn.

Well I for one would not even look at that coin if they said it was VG-8 I dont care how well respected they are.
To me that coin that was just posted is worth no more than silver.

You are right,VG8 coins aren't worth much more than melt. The point is that the OP's coin is not VG8

The point is noted, perhaps it would be a good idea if DBM
was to read the standard grading guide by charlton and willy,

A little knowledge goes a long way.
