I have 36 rolls of Kennedy clad coins and I want to sell them.
Can I expect more that face value

If they aren't silver the best thing to do is cash them in or spend them. That is unless there are any errors or they are in an extremely high grade

yeah unless they are proofs, errors, or nifc (even then not worth much), they are just worth .50 cents each

unless they are the year 2000 and above. I forgot which year they stopped the business strike)

None of the year 2000 mints are wirth anything since they were all business strikes. In 2001, only the P mint is a NIFC (Not Intended For Circulation) while the D mint is a business strike. Starting in 2002, and continuing until now, both the P and D mints are NIFC.

Think of it this way: Kennedy enthusiasts will usually go to the bank they know and get them at face in search of silver. So just cash them in if they're CuNi.
