Hi,

I need some assistance with verifying that this 'S' mint mark looks authentic.

Please also assign a grade to this coin.

If someone has an idea of the current $ value of this coin, please weigh in.

Thank you

The position of the mintmark appears to be good but the condition of the coin is definitely not good. Significant corrosion and scratches will severely limit the value, I call it Fine details but value might top out at $75.

Looks good to me, Fine details, but corrosion and heavy scratches greatly detract. Not sure about value as this is a very tough coin even in lower grades to get for under $100

with the above.

Best guess on an overall grade: G-6. Nice F details but obverse scratches, rim damage and corrosion all bring the grade down.

Best guess on price: around $80 (maybe a bit higher since it's a key coin)

I know it's a key date but with the scratches and corrosion,
It would be hard for me to see getting more than 50.00 tops.

Real but yucky, best as a filler in a low grade set.
