I'd appreciate your grade opinions on these three proof Superbirds, thanks.

I had forgotten about your other proofs until I saw the E-Z-est post. These birds look very nice and should hit PF64 or PF65.

I would agree with the previous statement about grade, I really can not give a more detailed remark because I feel the photos are NOT doing the coins all they could, I see small bag marks and such, very nice coins, just not sure if they would grade higher? Are they from a proof set, you have or?

The third (no toning) appears to have a little shift doubling (or Mechanical Doubling) in the top of "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "QUARTER DOLLAR", or is it the reflective surfaces?

Thanks for sharing the results. I was hoping you'd get 67 on one of them but 66 is a solid grade for early 50 proofs.

I got one back as a 65RD; but to be honest with you, I'm not sure which was included in this submission. I have another submission with the two nickels and Two Cents that I should hear on next week.

They all look to be in the PR 66 range. Nice toning!

Excuse me for interupting but this is the first time I've heard of "Superbirds".
Can someone please tell me briefly what it is? Thanks!

I am sorry but I just do not see an "s" anywhere. I looked at the pics in both threads. This is also the first time I have ever heard of such a thing myself.

Tim - it probably shows up best on the inset on the 3rd one (very slightly SW of Center)...it probably looks most like a backwards question mark as the bottom leg of the S is not actually there. Here's a notated photo I made of my own after I found it:
