I aquired this coin by one of those bulk silver buys. I was shocked to see such a nice coin. Still does Kartwheels. I tried to give the best quality using pacaso but still learning. Do you think this would qualify for FBL. Also any shots at grading would be great. Thanks.

Looks very close to FBL for sure. Your pics make me think MS63 but it's tough to tell.

CAC has some great FBL photos on their website for comparison:

Sure has great detail. Franklins are just awful to grade. Bell and beam real nice!

Thanks, I must admit, I ordered Not 1 or 2 but 3 lots from ebay member who sells silver lots of coins, swears their coins are unsearched. Of course this was over a 3 month time line and @ $168 a lot for me its a little costly. I think its just over 7oz of silver coins per lot take into account Silver was about $18 an oz. I was new to the buying aspect but didn't know what to buy and I'm a bit of a gambler and sucker so this was perfect for me. I think back and say what the heck were you thinking. This all can be found in dealer junk boxes. But of course I didn't know that at the time. Although I did come out with some really nice coins. The first lot was tough to beat the second lot was horrible and third had this baby in it plus a Frosty Morgan I really didn't loose money if you took the few good coins and sold them. But now I would rather take that $168 and invest a little different. I will add more pics of coins I got through this seller.

Looks like the upper bell lines are slightly incomplete towards the left side; this would be enough to disqualify it from FBL status I think.

Your photos don't convince me this is mint state. As noted Franklins are tough to grade but it looks like there is loss of detail over Ben's hair and dull areas on the portrait. I'd guess it falls into AU territory.

My latest win (Sold as MS-63) 1955 Franklin for $15 bucks. Have to rescan the reverse lighting is just a little off. Some light back or roll marks on cheeck of Franklin that dont show in the scan.
