Hard to tell from photos. I'd say in the AU range. Many of these have soft strikes.

Franklins in my oppinion are just aweful to grade. Worn dies, bad strikes, but not in 1948....could be AU could be Uncirculated, but hard to tell inside the holder. Is that a slab holder? I hope you didn't pay.

No slab, got it sometime in the 80's, but your right they are aweful to grade.

I was thinking EF 45, there's some wear on the hair, at least it looks like it and some on the bell.

It's clearly a high au to ms. I agree they are very hard to grade but you get a feel for them and I think it's a beautiful coin!

Ditto, AU range. I love Frankie, but he's difficult to grade without really good pics.
