I decided to go though my silver quarter for die varieties and remembered that I had separated the 1964's because almost half of them are 1964's. There are several varieties in the Cherry Picker's Guide for the 1964 and 1964-D so I decide to start there. I didn't find anything that's in the book but I did find some repunched mintmarks or Machine Doubling. I'm guessing both.

These are all 1964-D quarters. My guess is that the first four are Machine Doubling and the last two are repunched mintmarks. What do you think?

Also, assuming at least two of these are RPMs, what do you think they're worth? How do you judge value on the lesser known varieties?

Thanks.

The last one looks like an RPM, but I can't be too sure with the others. I would guess that most are MD, but the 5th one could just be a well placed die break. I would imagine the RPMs (if they are RPMs) would have a value similar to those in the cherrypicker's guide, but perhaps a bit less if they are not as well known.

The last one has also Machine Doubling on the devices. So a closer look may be necessary on this one. Machine Doubling can also happen on varieties.

ADDED:
Checking a second time, it also appears to be Machine Doubling on the mint mark. The left side of the mint mark is pushed to make the thin area in question on the mint mark. The right side of the mint mark looks normal. So I would say all Machine Doubling.
