I noticed that a dollar note in Fine is valued at one dollar and at vg valued at one dollar, should it not be less if a lower grade

but seriously folks, what does the term "radar" notes mean? is it something to do with equal numbers ? thanks j

The word "radar" was one of the first palindromes to enter the common usage english lexicon so that is the word used to describe notes with palindromic serial numbers.

It means that the last half of the SN echos the reverse order of the first half:

EG: 12344321. I almost had a Radar $50 note the other day and almost wet my pants.
