I ran across this 1875 CC Dime that has some interesting raised
lines in three different areas of the coin. Not sure if they
are Die Cracks or something else. Any thoughts or opinions
from experts in the 19th century coinage would be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you

Terry

Same here....."raised" does not necessarily indicate die relationship.

It kind of looks like some foreign substance stuck to the coin. Especially between the are and the I in AMERICA. Have you tried just plain soap and water on it? I don't want to open a can of worms here on cleaning coins but I have found that sometimes a coin needs washing rather than cleaning.

There are quite a few cut lines and what looks to be a die clash. It seems obvious looking at the obverse at the "America". Actually I think it's a caped die as the clash looks like the reverse is not upside down as in a true die clash.
