Then I just leveled up. Anyone else ever feel that way?

I attended a 2-day show over the weekend and after having spent most of my time talking to 3 dealers in depth about their SME areas (nickels, CBH's and SLQ's respectively), I feel as though I've left significantly more confidant, educated (slightly humbled), and focused on what I should and should not accept for these series.

It almost feels as if it were a video game I suddenly have this new list of "abilities" and my "skills" are much sharper than they were before.

maybe I'm being silly but all I know if the world of Jefferson, liberty, and Shield nickels Better watch out.

You too SLQ's and CBH's.

I'm coming for ya.

Well as they say if you learned something it was a good day. Myself I learn tons from here as I have never made a coin show and the 3 shops I visit I only really talk to one owner the others I get what I want and get out lol.

If coin collecting was a computer game ... then I'd be a geek, nerd (whatever the current term is). Wait a minute ... that's what my friends think of me now!

I learn a lot from the forums here, but I've also been to some coin shows & made friends w/ dealers - one specializes in Indian cents and I'm getting a good education from him and moving in the right direction to complete my Indians!

And that is why being old is great. I go to coin shows all the time and learn a real lot but being old by the time I get home I forgot most of it so my mind is not so cluttered up.
If coin collecting was like a video game I'd really loose a lot. Actually I do loose a lot on those things.

Oh snap! You should be able to pull your own weight around here now.

At the very least, I expect you to start climbing up the leaderboard in GTP!

I'm trying, but my last (10 points) guess didnt count.

I have been getting alot more 10's than 5's though in the last few seasons.

Haven't won a round yet.
