Looks like some small rim bumps on the rev especially. I too would grade it VF.

Agree. VF20 REV only because of the uneven wear on the "N" of ONE.

VF20. I see a bump on the rev but I also see some minor rim Cuds at 7 and 10, which are very common on the series.

VF It seems that FE's have a weak strike in the STATES letters . This one I don't think does. Nice coin.

I would say VF-25. Nice looking coin overall. I don't think the "N" in "ONE" is unevenly worn, I think it's just a weak strike.
