VF-25, too much wear to grade EF.

VF-30. (The dings, little poke hole and wear on the reverse keeps it from EF).
Nice!

in addition to above flaws (poke hole on rev) I see a rim ding on the obverse at 3:30 that takes it down to a VF30 for me.

Nice clean obverse, great coin really, more wear on the reverse. agree with vf 30, because of the worn wreath on the reverse.

I would grade it EF 40. I personally would take away from the grade for the rim hits, but would discount the price. Here's my 1859 that was graded as EF 40 by Rick Snow for comparison.

Ah yes, my favorite date in the series. I would say VF-35. Really close to EF, and would probably slab as such.

The coin above graded as XF-40 has full seperation of the hair band and liberty's hair... the coin posted in the OP does not. That, added with the rim dings makes for at most a VF grade.
