Picked up $100 of cwr of quarters my favorite teller, nothing to special except for a Nebraska S clad. It's my 4th S minted quarter in about 2k searched, so I'm excited about adding it to my collection.
Went to one of my weekly pickup banks to see how many cwr she saved and could spare me and she had $200 in quarters saved for me and turned out to pretty good. Ended up with a 1991 S and a 1963 silver. My second silver quarter found. The first one was a 1963 D which I posted a few weeks ago. Also found a few drummer boys and some nice atbs. I know bicentennal quarters aren't worth much but I find them real cool and interesting and usually save them unless the are in horrible condition. Good luck to all the searchers out there.
I have been searching my first quarter box for the past few days. While I haven't found any silver or proofs like I was hoping, I did fill a good many holes in my ATB album. Also I have found a good many minor errors in the 22 rolls of State Quarters I separated from the rest. While I haven't found anything super rare, I have had a lot of fun. For my first time hunting errors I am quite pleased with the result. And I still have twelve rolls to go. I'll post photo's of what I have found up till this point.
There are two on this coin, one near Washington's nose, the other by his eye. The die crack on this coin is on the bottom right. Coming off Washington's chin.
