I got one similar to this, not quite as big a bend, and it was in the original plastic wraopper, and did not have the row of dots- somehow done in production, after striking.

When I saw the lined up litte indents I immediately pictured some tough macho guy in a bar showing off how he could bend a quarter with his teeth
