The photos are bad,,but I really dont think this is PMD,,but the spiral is center mass,,counting machine!I answered my own post,,thanks,,see I'm learning

Looks like an over-edited scan to me. Once that much detail is washed out it's nearly impossible to use the images as a likely representative of what the coin looks like.
If the question is all about the scratches in the center of the coin, that's damage. It's not a counting machine as suggested, though.

Put coin on ground/pavement face down. Put foot on coin and apply light to moderate pressure. Rotate.

Or sand papered in the center turning your finger on it. Seems like everyone is trying to create an error coin.

Nobody is suggesting YOU did anything. They are explaining possible scenarios that could produce the result you see, because it is not an error coin.
