Were you expecting the one that came back as cleaned to be cleaned? A cleaned Trade dollar that was purchased raw is allot better than a fake Trade dollar bought raw

I knew the Trade dollar was real. I bought it from a reputable guy. I forgot how much it weighed but it was only 2/10ths off. This was my first Trade dollar. It was also my feeling, that I was happy with a genuine one as getting ripped off with a fake.

Hmm id have to say, ICG seems to be stepping it up a bit.
Pretty well graded.

Even with "cleaned" on the holder I would still be proud to have it. Very nice coins. I am green with envy.

The busties are nice. They are all nice. I'm just a little partial to the busties.

I believe if you sent them econonmy which is 20 days they would charge you 12 dollars per grade. But they also have a dollar special which they have had for years ANY dollar with a declared value of $500 will be graded for $12 in 2 days. On my dollars I had my grades back in 24 hours by e-mail. On my halves I sent them in at the 10 day service for 19 dollars per coin, BUT I got my grades back in three days. The only thing with ICG is they have a fixed return postage $24, so I wait till I build up a few coins that I want graded and send them in. I like ICG. They are local so registered postage to them is also inexpensive.

I see what you mean about the 1838, it looks better than the pieces that did get the EF-40 grade.
