The coin is just a normal one. With the 007 you would see the RPM in the center of the mint mark. It is not there. The areas in question on the outside of the mint mark fall where the flow lines appear and is just die wear. Sorry.

I'm not so sure I'd be ready to call this one just a "normal one". I see what could be remnants of another mintmark, but cannot tell because of the foreign material (grime) and lighting of the image.
