The obverse is absolutely stunning and every bit a 65+ and possibly even at the 66 level. The reverse is not nearly as strong though and I'd grade the reverse 64. Very clean fields, and better than average strike, vaulting it into the gem category, but I'll agree with ICG on the grade, since I'd want to see a really diesel strike to go 66.
