What do you guys think of this one? I have it on the books as MS-63 or MS-64 but can't decide which.

I think MS64 also. Generally more cheek chatter on MS63 and this one is nicer than that in my opinion.

I would say MS-64. I agree more cheek marks to be 63.

This Morgan looks like a MS-65 to me.

Yeah I think 65 is also possible I have an 1883-CC rated PCGS 65 with similar marks, luster, and strike:

The dealer I bought from can't see too well so he often has some nice coins to cherry pick from in his "Choice BU" stacks.
