Looking at them, they seem pretty nice, but my main concern is the difficulty of taking coins in/out of the holder. Anyone have any experience with these?

Actually, I've had much experience with these. They are good holders, the coin fits nicely in the holder, my only complaint is they don't really stay together all that great. They don't snap together but rather, push together quite easily. All in all, they are good holders. I would recommend. They also have the Dupont technology associated with them (the black insert). It's supposed to inhibit outside influences from attacking your coins surfaces. The ones I have in them have worked very well. Here is a Liberty nickel I have had in this one for 6 years. I have never taken it out:

Thanks Dave! I like how clear the holder is, it doesn't really seem to get cloudy.

Interesting. I go to coin shows all the time and never saw any there. Same with coin stores. I wonder if to new or to expensive or what.

I've used the Intercept Shield single coin boxes that the PCGS and NGC slabs fit into. 10 of them fit into one of the larger Intercept Shield boxes. They provide a nice snug fit. I've been very pleased with these, but have not used to 2x2 holders.

Oh yeah, the slab storage boxes are great. Every one of my more valuable TPG coins are in these.

Quote: They also have the Dupont technology associated with them (the black insert). Actually, from Lucent (Bell Labs). It was originally created to protect phone cabling from corrosion. DuPont created Mylar (their trade-name for that type of polyethylene), which is probably why they are on your numismatic-oriented mind.
