Your coin appears to be between AU50 and XF45 and I feel a fair price to ask would be $45.00. Hope this helps you out.

I think you were right on asking $45, I'd take the first $40 offer you get though. I feel the coin is around AU55.

Is there a MM on the Reverse? if its a 78-S and if you get $45.00 for it you did good unless its some type of rare VAM which I can't tell from the photos provided since I can't even tell what that is under the bow, if its a MM or something else there
