I use a Canon EOS 30D camera with a Tamron SP AF 90mm F/2.8 macro lens. I have the camera mounted on a solid tripod. If I remember right, the settings I used to take these shots are as follows:
Shutter speed: 1/200 ISO: 250 Aperture: f/10 (or maybe f/11, I can't remember exactly) Lighting: Lots of it.
