Looks like a normal one to me. Compare with other examples you have. It is an earlier die state coin. That may be why it look different than others you may find.

I have seen hundreds if not into the thousands and have never seen one like this. The first thing that I noticed looking with my 14x loupe was the tips on the tails of both 9's.The last photo shows what looks like notching to me.The last 9 on the outer curve looks like it ends short of the full curve and the inside of the 9 has separation.The 3rd and 4th photo shows inside and outside of the 8 has issues.So ,thanks again,

The splits on the 9's are what jumped out at me, too.
