Thecoinczar, a "box find" means that fioti went to the bank and bought a box of nickels (50 rolls, each roll containing $2.00 of nickels), and searched through all the rolls looking for any coins of value above face.
That's a nice find! A 105 yr. Old coin. The best I ever found was dateless buffalo.

Still amazes me that you can just find these floating around... I work at a bank so I get Mercury dimes etc.. all the time.
