What do you think of this coin? I suck at taking pics, so I tried taking pics in different lighting. What do you think this coin should grade?

Looks lightly circulated, AU50 would be a guess. It is a better date also.

My guess is XF 45. I love $10.00 indians. I have a 1908s pcgs xf 45 and a 1912s anacs au55 old holder. I have had these for quite a while and wish I had bought more.
Rest in Peace

It looks like it's in a PCGS or newer ANACS slab? I hope so, because this isn't one you want to buy raw...lots of fakes, especially since this is a key date. I absolutely love the $10 indians and have several in my collection

My guess is more around AU-58. I think I see nearly full luster on everything except the high points on the devices. If so, MS-62 wouldn't be out of the question either; although these are extremely rare in mint state so I lean more towards 58. Regardless, if it is not already graded; this coin definitely qualifies as a MUST GRADE.

Thanks for the comments. Some of you got really close even with my bad pics. Anyone think there is a possibility of an upgrade on this one? Why does the price increase so much with these in AU+ grades on this date but not lower grades?

I think the grade is fair. The dark areas of rub are pretty obvious on Liberty's cheek, chin, and the bottom edge of the bust, and on the eagle's shoulder and edge of the wing. AU-58 would be a stretch.
Rest in Peace

I personally think it's possibly undergraded at AU-55 if I'm not misinterpretting the luster. I have an AU-55 $10 indian with more wear and less luster than that one. There is a lot of dollar potential there in a higher grade and it's in an OGH, so I would consider attempting a regrade if your not partial to the OGH.
