I stumbled across two 2x2s that I remember getting in 1970ish. Each has what is listed as a large date and small date 1970-s cent. Based on comparisons of LIBERTY, the 9s and crease/no crease in the 7s, they very much look like small dates to me. They were immediately tucked away in 1970. I'm no cent guy, but I'd guess 60-61+. Much value in these?

I also found a 1970-D Lincoln listed as a Floating Memorial roof error. I can kind of see it, but wouldn't be surprised if it's made up.

These were giveaway items way back. Buy a few bucks (literally) of something and you get these free, so they were viewed as worth little over face. Thanks for any insights.

Where have trends gone in the past few years? It's been a while since I sold my last SD, but my MS60 RB examples sold for $50-60.

Wow, thanks. Glad I held on to them. I'll offer them up here when I meet the threshold so they can find a more appreciative home.

Sounds like a good save after all those years. As another data-point in price I purchased a PCGS MS64 Red for $45 about 1 year ago.

I've been watching these on ebay lately as I still need one. They've been going for $35-40 or so in Red BU condition.

Hasn't been my #1 priority though so I mainly just watch 'em go.

Generally the raw proofs and lower end BU coins are about the same value - around $20 a coin.
