Russ,
I am NOT giving this opinion and feeling all that good about your coin for no reason, I am giving my opinion as others have, I do like the colors, I love a NATURALLY well toned coin. I do not think it would be graded at a 63, with the obverse hair over the ear and the remaining spots on Anna's head that show wear, over the date etc ( hair rub or wear). The cap inclusive, WEAR SIGNS, The rest of the Obverse is crisp and I believe the coin WAS cleaned, I say this from experience and seeing a coin, where it could of been cleaned, in the larger areas is NOT all toned, yet another color all together. The areas that are too small to of cleaned,( not cleaned at all), show ALL the toning, IMO, This is an indication of a cleaned coins forensic footprints. The mark or slash on her face is also a distracting sight.
The reverse, also the cleaning remnants are the same as the Obverse, again, notice the areas that could be cleaned, are NOT toned, OR have another color and the areas that are too small to get to are the toned areas, these spots are the original finish of the coin, the one's which are toned, also by cleaned I mean some one took a cleaning cloth or W/E and attempted to clean the coin, NOT dipped. I see a rim ding, some wreath wear on the leaves, also the wing tip areas show signs of wear, being the relief, being one of the highest spots on the reverse.
I would IMO grade your coin a ms-61+ "details", Russ, I hope you do not take this the wrong way, I am just calling it the way my 47+ years of collecting and knowledge of this series would suggest it really is.......I do like the reverse over the obverse, seems like a very nicely struck coin, and the reverse has held up better, IMO....
