While looking through my War Nickels I came across this. Can you help me identify it. Is it the 3/2 variety?

I doubt it.

The bottom of the two on the right side usually is seen on every example and the picture is fairly clear of this area.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Looks like a 1943 to me.

I see what you are seeing that would cause you to believe the 3/2, but I think it's just PMD.
