Tunnioc Pillar of the Community United States 3173 Posts	Posted 01/03/2011 12:28 am I found the off-center about 1 week ago. (I think its a 1991?) Got the collecting bug again. Off centers tend to be oval. If they aren't caught in the riddler at the mint, they can jam a coin counter, and if they slide through the counter the long way, they still leave a bulge in the roll.
