Yes. Struck through error. I've seen many of some coins like that before.

I save them for interest only. More of educational pieces to show to new collectors.

I recently sold one on a Ike dollar for $10, could this one also get a premium?

Between 5 and 10 o'clock on the obverse looks like it might be "partial" out of collar strike?
