I would say VF20 or VF25 because all of the letters in LIBERTY are complete. I wouldn't go higher because the band under LIBERTY is not quite complete.

Looks solid for VF20 and the surfaces look original. Nice circulated type coin.

I would go 25-30. I think the overall body of the obverse and reverse looks stronger than a typical 20 even though all of the higher grade details don't show. In other words, it's much less "flat" looking, which moves it closer to XF imho.

LIBERTY is much stronger than a typical VF-20. Its probably a weaker strike, I'll say 30-35
