1964-D Cud Error?

I was looking though my change from the grocery store, and I came across this 1964 penny with a lot of Cud errors, at least I think there Cud errors... what would it be worth? here are two pictures: one with the " Cud errors" circled and one plain:

i thought it was originally, and I tried to scrape it off, but it didn't come off... but that may be because its like wood glue or something.

If it were a real ' Cud' it would work into the rim.

oh, ok that makes sense... I have another coin, a west virginia State Quarter with something that comes up from the bottom at about "4 o'clock" on the quarter, and the guy at my local coin store told me it was a Cud, and that one is from the rim... but this one has a small mark that comes from the rim and it crosses the "t" in "trust" on the top right corner... is that a Cud?

The T in TRUST is visible through the glue. A Cud would look like this:
