Here are a couple more. These aren't as clear, but it looks as though there might be some wire or something that was part of the strike on these. I can try to get some better pics if these aren't clear enough. You can see it pretty clearly on the right side but it's not as clear where it goes under the belt on the left side.

Again - any idea what this is caused by and it's value if anything?

I would like to see the entire other side, it appears to be a portion of a clashed die present on the coin, just my opinion..
