Aside from a strong date and LIBERTY (and what looks like a die crack running from the bottom of the cap down to the lower hair strands - I have not seen this on any other S-78), this corroded mess is just another pocket piece found on ebay: "Two minutes ago I would have sold my chances for a tired dime." It's actually pretty surprising there are any of the old, old large cents around due to the quality of copper used! You're right I haven't seen anything like a die crack on your obverse.
