Looks like we have a competition going for who has the shabbiest large cent. Here's my 1795 S-78. Aside from a strong date and LIBERTY (and what looks like a die crack running from the bottom of the cap down to the lower hair strands - I have not seen this on any other S-78), this corroded mess is just another pocket piece found on ebay:

thq! I disagree! That is a nice 1795 Large Cent! It's actually pretty surprising there are any of the old, old large cents around due to the quality of copper used! You're right I haven't seen anything like a die crack on your obverse.  But I like it!!

you guys breaking date already.... :) I was waiting for my 1810, 1934 , and 1835 Half Cents. my 1797 LC will win the worst looking. Hopefully I can actually get some details to show on a scan.
