I have a couple from Spain that I haven't posted because I'm not sure if they are doubled dies or not. Deinitely nothing like the separation on yours.

Quote: I have a couple from Spain that I haven't posted because I'm not sure if they are doubled dies or not. Same here, yesterday I made a start to go through my "junk"-jar of Spain.. When I start collecting coins I bought a lot of bulk lots which I didn't exam closely.. Now I slowly go through all of them again.. So far I've found another 10 from Spain which I'm not sure.. I also found a DDR of a 5 Peseta 1957(60) which I post this afternoon when I'm back home.

Very interesting! I've never been much into world coins myself. Some beautiful designs!

They're a lot of fun! Especially when you can see them from across the room!

Good sixth sense Wolf - lol! This is a sweet piece. It should be some kind of tutorial coin. 1994 Uruguay with awesome die rotation on the reverse. It's easy on the eyes to follow the rotation of the doubling. The top half of the reverse hardly looks doubled at all, if it even is, but you can see where the rotation gets stronger toward the date and on through to the other side before tapering back of to "normal" at the top of the other side. Looking at the strongest hubbing to the forefront and you see the "C" is lower than the secondary "C", but the "S" is higher on the other side. While the middle characters just look mostly thicker, you can still see notching, just not as pronounced.
