Canadian 20 Dollar Fic Serial? - Coin Community Forum

It's a 2004 pattern printed in 2009, Jenkins/Carney? Isn't FIC a weird serial number start? Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this FIC issue the whole number is FIC3498050 I noticed it as I tend to have a look for radars etc Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

I just thought it a very strange one as I've never seen that FIC before Maybe I'll start browsing for more info about paper notes. I don't want to get into collecting circulating paper notes but I do want to learn more about what to watch out for in case I ever come across any with bigger premiums. I browsed the paper currency area a bit in Coins and Canada site and it was an interesting read the browse the values of some older notes. Some sure demand big premiums it seems.
