I looked through a roll of quarters I have and found this coin. It seems to have a small chunk of extra metal on the right side near the top leaves of the branch. Please let me know your thoughts.

From what I can tell, it is probably post mint wear. Hard to tell with the picture, though.

If it is raised it could be a die chip. If is is incuse then it be post mint damage. Just depending on the way the area in question is situated. But either way, not a premium for either way.

I was thinking die chip as well because it is raised. I have a better photo of it showing the raised chip but probably won't post it if a die chip is not a big deal.

Much studying to do to learn this stuff.
