I have looked and looked and looked and cant find anything with that kinda intials at bottom. They look to say JRM Cant find that kinda hairtie to even come close to matching up either.

On the back On top left I can make out pov and top right ovn maybe. Its apears to be eagle fortuna.

Don't have my books available at this moment but this appears to be a Roman Provincial coin of the emperor Macrinus.

I agree just wish I could match it up. The weird initals at the bottom realy stand out.

Well looked again for days... no coin of his looks like this. Any other ideas?

The reverse has Homonia though it's upside down on the photograph. The obverse looks odd. It's probably not Macrinus - more likely Geta or Caracalla. I think I can make out an OV on the reverse which is likely to be the end of the name of the issuing magistrate from either Nicopolis ad Istrum or Marcianopolis - judging from where the lettering is placed.
